Éco-mobilier is a French private and non-profit organization, created in 2011 to avoid the life cycle of furniture ending up in landfills, and thus reducing its environmental impact. Since 2013 Éco-mobilier has been responsible for collecting, sorting, recycling, and reusing furniture and mattresses. The mission of Éco-mobilier goes even further by encouraging waste prevention, promoting eco-friendly furniture design, and supporting eco-innovation activities of the industry players.
Éco-mobilier has succeeded in turning France into one of the leading countries in terms of sustainability, with 93% of the collected furniture recycled or transformed into energy.

Part 1
Phase 1: APPLICATIONS
8 October 2019 – 28 January 2020
The cycle starts with your application! We’re taking applications from around the world to find the most innovative solutions that can bring circular and sustainable options to the furniture business.
Phase 2: EVALUATION & Selection
Éco-mobilier will evaluate and select the best solutions to take part in the program.
Phase 3: Platform
The selected innovators will be added to a platform with 6K potential partners exposure, thus opening scope for commercial interactions
Phase 4: Innovation Day
28th January 2020
Showcase your solution during one event occurring in Paris.
Part 2
Phase 5: Call for Projects
29 January 2020 – 13 September 2020
The selected innovators for this phase will be invited for the Bootcamp to discuss collaboration opportunities with the adherents.
Phase 6: Pilot Design Bootcamp
End of June
Meet Éco-mobilier & experts from the adherents to develop a business case and design a piloting plan
Phase 7: Pilot Development
From Bootcamp onwards
The selected pilot projects will run Minimum Viable Pilots for 4 to 5 months with close collaboration with the piloting partners.
Phase 8: Demo Day

The Demo Day is the day you are called to present the results of the pilot you have been running during the Pilot Development phase
